AEthelmearc War Practice

Troll will be closed between the hours of 11 PM and 7 AM. Those arriving between those hours must park on the battlefield in designated areas and may not enter the site until the paperwork has been completed.
Late arrivals will be responsible for following this protocol, however, any individual found to have violated this requirement will be asked to leave the site and will not be able to attend the event.
Troll will close at 3 PM on Saturday, if you have not trolled in by that time you will not be admitted to the event.

Troll Hours:

Opens Thursday at Noon EST. Closes Saturday at 3:00 PM EST. This is subject to the trolls waking and sleeping! They need rest, too! Closed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Arriving then? Park on the battlefield in designated areas.

NO ADMITTANCE AFTER 3:00 PM ON Saturday!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

Here is the best way to see what is happening! The APP is the most efficient way, it will be updated as things change and will have push notices in case of weather or delays. You do not have to download the app, you can view it in a browser.

There is no merchant set up fee! Only the site admittance fee. If you would like to merchant with us at War Practice, you MUST pre-register by ! To register we will need the following information: Business Name, Owner, On site Contact if not the owner, Address, Phone number, website, email, PA Sales Tax number and a current copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance. All of this can easily be submitted with this form!

All checks are deposited next day.

There is no pre-registration! There are no credit cards or bank cards taken at Troll.
