There are many such crafts and arts you can learn and practice in the Society, including: Armoring,  Calligraphy & Illumination  Ceramics & Pottery,  Cooking Costuming,  Dancing  Fiber arts (weaving, spinning, etc)  Gardening & Herbalism  Heraldry,  Leatherworking Medieval games,   Metalworking Music (vocal and instrumental)  Needlework, Poetry & Literature Woodworking and many more!     You can see artisans practicing their skills at workshops and events. They may also display their work at events in exhibitions and contests.
	ARTS and SCIENCES DAY This is a FREE activity Sunday, March 19, 2017 10:00 a.m. to  4:00 p.m. Fallston Fire Hall 90 Beaver Street Fallston, PA 15066      Welcome to Steltonwald's Arts and Sciences Day! All of our artisans come together to utilize the space the firehall provides; long tables, space, and socializing. You should come, too! If there is a project you are working on, this is a great opportunity!       If you don't have a project but still want to participate, this A&S Day a few people will be working on signage for AEthelmearc's War Practice Merchant's Row. Some of the Steltonwald Populace expressed interest in making personal banners to hang in the Troll Tent to beautify the event. Five Gallon Water Cooler covers will be worked on as well. Electric outlets are few, and spaced far apart.  If your equipment needs to be plugged in, please consider bringing an extention cord, power strip, or both.       As is custom when we rent the fire hall, lunch is potluck. Bring a drink for yourself.       There is ample parking in the rear of the building, and two handicapped spaces in the front of the building.
